Learn all about the art of sushi and maki at the Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo. Don’t miss this invitation to a culinary and sensory journey!
You’ll learn how to cook rice, cut fish and make sushi, maki, California rolls and futomaki. Chef Wagner Spadacio, France Champion of sushi, will reveal all his secrets for preparing these Japanese delicacies by the book.
The class will take place once a month on Saturday.
After the workshop, participants will taste the dishes that have been prepared with a glass, on the house!
You’ll leave feeling zen and with some good memories!
